Tammy Lobato Wigs & Hair Replacement Services
Tammy Lobato has a long and strong connection with Berwick and Beaconsfield previously representing the area in State Parliament and owning a business in Berwick where she has also lived for over 20 years.
Tammy is the owner of Tammy Lobato Wigs & Hair Replacement Services, established to provide people with realistic hair replacement and compassionate service at an often traumatic time in her client’s lives when they face disease and the need to undergo treatment. Her motivation to create the business was as a result of her lived experience with the auto-immune disease alopecia which caused all of her hair to fall out as a child and for it to never return.
She is proudly a member of the Victorian Small Business Ministerial Council that provides feedback and recommendations to the Small Business Minister based upon the experience of Victorian businesses.
Tammy established the Berwick & Beaconsfield Chamber of Commerce to ensure that local businesses have a like-minded association to connect with – to contribute to, and benefit from, strong united advocacy to enable greater economic prosperity and in turn, a stronger community.

Co-Owner, Lanterns Viet Kitchen
Lynette Costabile is co-owner of Lanterns Viet Kitchen located in the centre of beautiful High Street, Berwick.
Lanterns was originally established in 2008 in Nha Trang, Vietnam, with a focus to support the under privileged. After going on to open two additional restaurants in Vietnam and owning two franchises here in Melbourne, it was time to for Lynetter and her family to bring a little piece of traditional Vietnamese back home and opened the doors in Berwick in 2019.
Lynette’s involvement in the business is varied but primarily focussed on design, marketing, branding & social media. Following the recent devasting bushfires Lynette organised a trivia evening with all proceeds going to Wildlife Victoria. The generosity of the local traders highlighted the community spirit that exists locally which has motivated her passion for philanthropy.
Away from work she loves spending time with family & friends, walking in one of many beautiful parklands right on our doorstep, baking, travelling the world, capturing memories through my passion of photography… basically anything creative.
Lynette was thrilled to be asked to join the BBCC to lend her support to other local businesses to help promote, collaborate, & do whatever it takes to bring our wonderful community together.

Co-Owner, Lanterns Viet Kitchen
Co-owner of Lanterns Viet Kitchen in Berwick and Treasurer of the Berwick and Beaconsfield Chamber of Commerce. Originally Robert and his family started Lanterns Restaurant in Nha Trang, Vietnam in 2008 and in June 2019 opened the sister restaurant here in Berwick. His role in Lanterns Viet Kitchen is primarily all things financial and HR, but as we all know, being an owner in any business involves having understanding and experience in all aspects of that business.
Before moving to Nha Trang, he lived in Narre Warren for 15 years and since returning to Australia is back in Narre Warren with his partner and children. Robert was involved in the establishment of the Nha Trang Tourism Chamber, Visit Nha Trang and served as a founding member until his departure in December 2018.

Robert joined the Berwick and Beaconsfield Chamber because he wanted to make sure all business owners in the area had a voice of support and somewhere likeminded business people could all come together for the greater good of the community.
